What is the aim?
The aim of the programme is to provide a comprehensive programme to those wishing to understand how Command Centres work for a business continuity response.
The course covers:
- Working in a fully active Command Centre
- Working in a BC Team/Crisis Team, in a variety of roles
- Interface between BC teams and external bodies
- Establishment of process and facilities
- Practical experience in leadership &decision
- Shortcomings in information flow
- Management of stress in oneself and others
- Interfacing with Blue Light Services
